When was the last time you took a break and went on vacation? Many say they don’t have the time or can’t afford a vacation. I beg to differ, all it takes is a little planning at least a year out in advance to give you some wiggle room for a flexible budget. Our family and my son’s girlfriend family went on an 8 day Caribbean Cruise over the Christmas Holiday. I took my mom and aunt who has never been on a true vacation out of the country.
She worked hard taking care of her mother before she passed without any complaints, that I thought a good old fashion vacation would work wonders for her. I think she was skeptical at first but as the days starting drawing down she started getting excited as each day passed.I can truly say everyone enjoyed themselves, my aunt and mom were like kids again taking in all the sights meeting new friends. Each day they met someone new to strike up a conversation with to past time. They met two sets of sisters that travel every year together. They would meet up to catch the entertainment of the day or sit on the top deck of the ship and enjoy the views. Instant friendships were formed, that’s what life is all about. These are memories that will last a long time.
Taking a vacation helps you to relax and unwind and catch up with other family members while enjoying each others comfort. You can vacation with as little as $50 down depending on the type of vacation you’re looking for whether it’s a cruise for 4 or 5 days or visiting an all-inclusive destination for a Family Vacation, BFF Getaway, whatever the occasion. Get out and take vacation even if it’s for the weekend to a bed and breakfast. The point is you work hard in your everyday life you should be able to slow down and enough your fruits of labor.
