Let’s rewind to the highlights…
Ubud: Where Nature Meets Soul
Ubud was everything we hoped for and more — lush, vibrant, and humming with culture. We kicked off our trip at Satri Coffee Plantation, diving into a full coffee tasting experience. Yes, we tried the famous Luwak coffee (aka the most exclusive cup you’ll ever sip), and yes, it was surprisingly smooth — and worth the story alone.
The Tegalalang Rice Terraces had us in awe — imagine standing among layers of emerald green, palms swaying in the breeze, and a perfect blue sky overhead. We couldn’t get enough.
Then came the Bali Swing — talk about a view! Nothing like swinging out over a valley with the jungle below and your adrenaline spiking. Every scream was followed by a laugh and a camera click.
And of course, no trip is complete without a spiritual moment — and the Gates of Heaven gave us just that. The view of Mount Agung framed by ancient temple gates felt almost surreal. It’s the kind of place that makes you stop and breathe it all in.
We also explored the breathtaking Three Lakes of Bali — Tamblingan, Buyan, and Bratan. Tranquil, scenic, and totally photogenic. It felt like stepping into a painting.
Nusa Dua: Luxury Turned All the Way Up
After Ubud’s soul-soothing vibes, we headed south to the indulgent shores of Nusa Dua — and ohhh did we arrive in style. We checked into The Apurva Kempinski, a five-star paradise that redefined luxury.
Picture this: a beachfront infinity pool, cocktails at sunset, ocean breeze mornings, and evenings dressed to the nines for dinners under the stars. Whether we were lounging poolside, exploring nearby beaches, or just soaking up the elegance of the resort, every moment felt curated just for us.
