By booking travel services with JEK Travels, submitting payment, and/or completing a reservation form, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be legally bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

By accessing, using or obtaining any content, products, or services through our offices or through our website, you, the purchaser and/or traveler (“Customer” and “passenger” and “you/your”) agree to be bound by these terms.

 Use Of Information And Services:

Please thoroughly review these terms and conditions of JEK Travels LLC, and https://www.jektravelsllc.com. All reservation passengers will receive a copy of this booking receipt and terms and conditions. It is the sole responsibility of the lead passenger to inform all other parties traveling of the contents of these terms and conditions. The lead passenger, by accepting this receipt and making payment to JEK Travels and/or its suppliers, acknowledges that they have been advised of, reviewed, and hereby accept these terms and conditions, liability waiver, assumption of risk and indemnification agreement and contract for all travel related services.

Authorization, Payment, Chargeback & Legal Terms Agreement

By submitting this form, I authorize JEK Travels to charge the credit and/or debit card provided for all deposits, installment payments, final balances, fees, penalties, and applicable charges related to my travel reservation. This authorization remains in effect until all financial obligations associated with this booking have been fully satisfied.

I understand and agree that all payments are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable, regardless of personal circumstances, including but not limited to illness, injury, family emergencies, work obligations, weather events, airline schedule changes, labor strikes, civil unrest, acts of God, pandemics, epidemics, government restrictions, border closures, or supplier bankruptcy, unless otherwise expressly stated in writing by JEK Travels.

Automatic Payments & Financial Responsibility

I authorize JEK Travels to automatically process payments according to the payment schedule selected without additional authorization or notice. I acknowledge that failure to maintain sufficient funds may result in declined payments, supplier penalties, booking cancellation, forfeiture of funds, and loss of reservation without refund. I agree to remain fully financially responsible for any outstanding balances, penalties, rebooking fees, supplier-imposed charges, and collection costs incurred as a result of late or declined payments.

Chargeback Protection & Credit Card Dispute Waiver

I expressly agree not to dispute, charge back, or reverse any authorized charges related to my travel reservation. I understand that initiating a chargeback constitutes a breach of this agreement and may result in legal and collection action.

I acknowledge that this signed authorization, along with supplier invoices, booking confirmations, and payment records, shall serve as conclusive evidence of my authorization and acceptance of these charges.

I agree that I will contact JEK Travels directly to resolve any concerns or disputes before contacting my financial institution. I understand that chargebacks do not override contractual obligations and that I remain financially responsible for all charges incurred.

Force Majeure & Pandemic Clause

JEK Travels shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay, cancellation, or expense caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, border closures, health emergencies, pandemics, epidemics, quarantines, supplier insolvency, or transportation interruptions.

Under such circumstances, refunds are governed solely by supplier policies, and JEK Travels is not responsible for issuing refunds outside of those policies. I acknowledge that I assume full financial risk associated with these uncontrollable events.

Travel Insurance Decline & Liability Waiver

I acknowledge that travel insurance has been strongly recommended and that I have been provided the opportunity to purchase coverage. By declining travel insurance, I voluntarily assume all financial risk associated with trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, supplier default, travel delays, and unforeseen events.

I agree that JEK Travels is not responsible for any losses, expenses, or damages that could have been covered by travel insurance. I expressly waive any claims against JEK Travels resulting from my decision to decline coverage.

Personal Travel Concierge & Retainer Fees

JEK Travels provides professional travel concierge and trip design services. Retainer and service fees are charged for research, planning, supplier coordination, itinerary design, and booking management.

All retainer and professional service fees are non-refundable, regardless of whether travel is ultimately booked or completed.

Pricing & Quotes

All price quotes are subject to availability and change until a deposit is made and confirmed. Pricing is not guaranteeduntil payment has been successfully processed and written confirmation is issued.

JEK Travels is not responsible for price increases due to supplier changes, fuel surcharges, exchange rate fluctuations, demand-based pricing, or availability limitations.

Deposits & Final Payments

Deposits are required to secure reservations and are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Final payment deadlines are strictly enforced. Failure to submit payments on time may result in automatic cancellation, penalties, forfeiture of funds, and loss of reservation without refund.

Hosted Trips – Refund & Modification Policy

All hosted group trips operated by JEK Travels are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

JEK Travels reserves the right to modify itineraries, hotels, flight schedules, activities, or trip elements as required due to availability, operational needs, or supplier changes.

Clients are fully responsible for making all payments on time and in full. Failure to do so may result in cancellation without refund

Hosted Group Travel Addendum

This Hosted Group Travel Addendum applies to all group trips organized, promoted, or hosted by JEK Travels, including but not limited to leisure group trips, couples getaways, girls’ trips, milestone celebrations, retreats, and special events.

By booking a hosted group trip, you agree to the following additional terms:

Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable Policy

All hosted group trips are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. This includes deposits, installment payments, final payments, excursions, add-ons, upgrades, airfare, and travel protection premiums.

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Missed flights

  • Personal emergencies

  • Illness or injury

  • Schedule conflicts

  • Weather events

  • Government restrictions

  • Airline delays or cancellations

  • Acts of God

Unused portions of travel are non-refundable.

Trip Modifications & Itinerary Changes

JEK Travels reserves the right to modify hotels, resorts, flight schedules, room categories, excursions, transportation, activities, and itineraries as necessary due to availability, supplier operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

No refunds shall be issued for itinerary modifications that do not substantially alter the core trip experience.

Payment Obligations & Responsibility

Clients are fully responsible for making all payments on time and in full according to the published payment schedule.

Failure to submit payments by the stated deadlines may result in:

  • Automatic cancellation

  • Loss of all funds paid

  • Forfeiture of reservation

  • Supplier-imposed penalties

Late payments will incur a $100 late fee per occurrence.

Minimum Group Size Clause

Hosted group trips may require a minimum number of participants to operate. If the minimum is not met, JEK Travels reserves the right to:

  • Cancel the group departure

  • Modify trip components

  • Convert reservations to individual bookings

  • Adjust pricing accordingly

Refunds, if applicable, are governed solely by supplier refund policies.

Behavior & Conduct Policy

JEK Travels reserves the right to remove any participant from a hosted group trip for disruptive, unsafe, intoxicated, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior without refund.

Clients are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward staff, suppliers, fellow travelers, and local communities.

Group Experience Disclaimer

Hosted group trips involve shared schedules, transportation, activities, and accommodations. Individual preferences, expectations, or conflicts do not constitute grounds for refunds or trip modifications.

 

Destination Wedding Legal Addendum

This Destination Wedding Addendum applies to all wedding planning, travel coordination, guest booking, and supplier management services provided by JEK Travels.

By booking destination wedding services, the couple and all traveling guests agree to the following:

Professional Planning & Retainer Fees

All destination wedding planning and concierge fees are non-refundable, as they cover professional services including consultation, research, supplier coordination, contract management, guest booking support, and logistical planning.

These fees are earned upon receipt and are not contingent upon event completion.

Non-Refundable Group Policies

Destination wedding reservations, including deposits, guest payments, room blocks, airfare, excursions, transfers, and wedding event services, are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

This applies regardless of:

  • Relationship changes

  • Medical issues

  • Scheduling conflicts

  • Weather events

  • Government restrictions

  • Supplier disruptions

Wedding Date Change & Cancellation Policy

In the event the wedding date is changed or the wedding is canceled for any reason, all payments remain non-refundable. Any rescheduling is subject to supplier availability, repricing, and penalties.

JEK Travels is not responsible for securing refunds due to wedding postponement or cancellation.

Guest Financial Responsibility

Each guest is solely responsible for:

  • Making timely payments

  • Meeting booking deadlines

  • Maintaining valid travel documentation

  • Complying with resort and supplier policies

The wedding couple is not financially responsible for guest non-payment, and guest booking issues do not constitute grounds for refunds or modifications.

Resort Contracts & Supplier Authority

Destination weddings operate under resort and supplier contracts. JEK Travels serves as a booking and coordination agent and is not responsible for resort performance, wedding execution, décor, food quality, ceremony execution, or event logistics.

All wedding services, inclusions, and event execution are the responsibility of the resort or contracted vendors.

Event Execution & Liability Waiver

JEK Travels shall not be liable for:

  • Ceremony delays

  • Weather-related disruptions

  • Vendor errors

  • Service quality

  • Décor discrepancies

  • Food or beverage dissatisfaction

  • Program changes

All claims related to wedding execution must be addressed directly with the resort or on-site wedding coordinator.

Wedding Group Minimum Clause

Wedding group benefits and concessions are based on minimum room and guest requirements. If group minimums are not met, pricing, perks, and inclusions may be modified or removed by suppliers without refund.

Payment Methods Accepted

JEK Travels accepts major credit and debit cards only. Cash, checks, wire transfers, and alternative payment methods are not accepted unless approved in writing.

Late Fees & Payment Reinstatement

Late or declined payments will incur a $100 late fee, added to your invoice.

If a reservation is canceled due to non-payment and reinstatement is approved, a $100 reinstatement fee will apply and must be paid in advance before the reservation is restored.

Cancellations & Payment Default

Failure to make payments according to the agreed payment schedule may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund.

All supplier penalties, cancellation fees, and losses resulting from missed payments remain the client’s full financial responsibility.

Change & Modification Fees

Any changes, modifications, or revisions requested after booking will incur a $50 per person change fee, in addition to any supplier-imposed penalties or fare differences.

Passports, Visas & Travel Documentation

All travelers are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid passports, visas, transit visas, vaccination records, and required documentation.

Passports must typically be valid for at least six (6) months beyond travel dates and contain sufficient blank pages. Failure to comply may result in denied boarding or entry, with no refund.

JEK Travels is not responsible for denied entry, deportation, or delays caused by improper documentation.

Travel Identification & Entry/Exit Requirements

It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure all government-mandated entry and exit requirements are met, including but not limited to:

  • Passport validity

  • Visa approvals

  • Health documentation

  • Customs regulations

  • Criminal background restrictions

Certain destinations may deny entry based on past criminal offenses. JEK Travels is not responsible for denied boarding, refused entry, or travel interruptions related to legal or immigration restrictions.

TRANSFERS:

Transfers are provided as indicated for each tour by car, minibus, or motor coach provided airfare is purchased from JEK Travels LLC. If you purchase a land-only tour, or if you deviate from the arrival and/or departure dates as stated in the itinerary, you will have the responsibility to purchase your own transfer to the hotel. Your arrival transfer is guaranteed for up to one hour from your scheduled arrival time in order to compensate for minor delays.

EXCURSIONS:

Tours will be operated by motor-vehicle, its size dictated by the number of participants. JEK Travels LLC tours have been designed to accommodate individuals as well as groups. Times listed in itineraries are approximate and meant only as guidelines. Some itineraries may have early morning start times for sightseeing in order to complete the touring during daylight hours or avoid afternoon heat in tropical and desert climates. It is your responsibility to arrive on time for all scheduled flights, cruises, and package components. Arriving late may be considered a “no-show”, in which case you will not be eligible for refund for the unused service(s). We cannot guarantee the number of passengers who will be on any given tour. You may find that you are traveling with a sizeable group or only with your own companions. Services, however, will remain constant no matter the number of tour participants.

Persons requiring any assistance or who have any form of disability should travel with someone to assist them. On dates including, but not limited to religious holidays and national celebrations, some monuments and sites may be closed. On these occasions, touring itineraries may be amended to reflect these closures. Occasionally, during holidays and certain periods, and/or due to unforeseen circumstances including weather conditions there may be last-minute changes, sometimes after arrival, in affecting the sequence of the tour, locations visited and/or hotels. Therefore, we reserve the right to adjust the sequence and/or substitute any hotels with others of similar category. In such cases there will be no cost adjustment. National monuments and tourist sites regularly undergo renovations, which can obscure the monument’s view.

No tour will be canceled due to renovations, however JEK Travels LLC will decide based on the conditions whether to amend an itinerary. JEK Travels LLC itineraries may contain suggestions for activities for your leisure time; these suggestions do not constitute an endorsement of any specific service provider and the decision to participate in any such activities should be made independently and with due consideration.

BAGGAGE FEES:

Due to continual changes in airline baggage policies it is suggested that you inquire with your airline’s website for up-to-date fees & information. JEK Travels LLC is not responsible for checked bag fees, excess luggage or weight charges levied by an airline. If your luggage is lost or damaged by the airlines, a baggage claim form MUST be filed with the carrier before leaving the airport. We recommend that you use brightly colored luggage tags, straps or other identifiers to help you locate your luggage upon arrival or to describe it if it is lost.

DRESS CODE:

Please be advised that some resort restaurants may require Men to have long pants, collared shirt, & Closed-toe shoes. Please pack accordingly.

PHOTOGRAPHY / VIDEO RELEASE:

JEK Travels LLC may take photographs or video of its trips and  the trip participants grant JEK Travels LLCpermission to do so for use for promotional or commercial use without payment of any compensation to participant.

HEALTH:

Check with your healthcare provider for up-to-date requirements. You may also check the Centers for Disease Control (www.cdc.gov) and/or the World Health Organization (http://www.who.int/en/) for their recommendations. Required inoculations, if any, must be recorded by clients’ health practitioner on a valid vaccination certificate which the client must carry for proof of inoculation where required. Individuals with heart disease, chronic illness, physical handicap, advanced pregnancy, or mental illness should not participate in these rigorous travel programs.

 SAFETY RISKS:

Travel to certain destinations may pose a greater risk than others. JEK Travels LLC strongly urges that prior to booking international travel, customers familiarize themselves with current news events, travel prohibitions, warnings, announcements and advisories issued by the United States Government. By offering travel to particular international destinations, JEK Travels LLC does not warrant that travel to such destinations is advisable or without risk and shall not be held liable for any such damages or losses that could result from such travels. Clients booking constitutes acknowledgement and does so at their own risk.

INSECTICIDE DISCLOSURE:

The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) requires that travel agents refer consumers to a page on the Department’s website that lists countries that require airlines to treat passenger cabins with insecticide. The DOT requirement applies only to airline travel to a country listed on that website. MODIFICATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

The Terms and Conditions may be amended or modified by JEK Travels at any time without notice. It is therefore essential that you consult the Terms and Conditions prior to making each and every booking. Only those who have accepted the Terms and Conditions and affirmatively indicated their consent to be bound by the Terms and Conditions may make a booking with JEK Travels. Without this acceptance any booking is subject to cancellation at any time. The failure of JEK Travels to act with respect to a breach of these Terms and Conditions by you, or others, does not waive its right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. JEK Travels does not guarantee it will take action against all breaches of this these Terms and Conditions.

Agency Role & Limitation of Liability

JEK Travels acts solely as a booking agent for third-party suppliers, including airlines, hotels, resorts, cruise lines, tour operators, and transportation companies.

JEK Travels does not own, manage, or control these suppliers and is not liable for their actions, omissions, negligence, delays, injuries, losses, or failures to perform.

You agree to hold harmless and indemnify JEK Travels from any and all claims, damages, losses, expenses, or legal actions arising from your travel arrangements.

Legal Jurisdiction

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the state in which JEK Travels is registered. Any legal proceedings shall be filed exclusively in that jurisdiction.

Agreement Acknowledgment

By submitting payment, completing a reservation form, or booking travel services with JEK Travels, you confirm that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to all Terms & Conditions outlined above.
